Returns & Shipping

We thank you for your purchase and we hope you’re happy with your purchase if you have made one. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your clothes for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns will only be accepted when items are in their original condition, items are in their original packaging, tags remain attached to garments and where garments are unworn, unwashed and free of stains. To return an item, placed the item securely in its original packing and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address; you may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed within your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/ exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Exceptions;

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, jewellery or garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them or otherwise.

  • Products received without authorisation.

  • Products purchased during a promotional sale period more than 20% off or on marked down/final sale. 

  • Products received in a condition other than the original condition.

  • Products without their tags attached.

  • Products that appear one smell of perfume smoke deodorant, body odour or detergents.

  • Products that are marked or damaged in anyway, that includes fake tan, deodorant and make up.

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange inspection and subsequently a refund or exchange.

 

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance the returned item will not be sent back to the customer.
